Oil pulling is an Ayurvedic-inspired practice of gently swishing oil around your mouth, then spitting it out. GuruNanda's starter formula makes that extra oral-care step straightforward: measure your rinse, swish at a comfortable pace, and finish with your usual brushing and flossing.
The coconut-derived triglycerides form the oil base, while peppermint brings the refreshing mint taste. This is a pre-brush rinse for daily freshness, used alongside regular dental care. The 1 Pack combines the rinse with a Butter on Gums toothbrush and a stainless-steel tongue scraper; the 2 Pack provides two bottles with a tongue scraper.
A simple coconut-and-peppermint formula with everyday oral-care tools
- Coconut-derived oil base: Caprylic/Capric/Lauric Triglyceride provides the liquid foundation for swishing.
- Peppermint oil: Peppermint (Mentha piperita) Oil gives the rinse its minty character.
- Alcohol-free and fluoride-free: A formula made without alcohol, fluoride or artificial preservatives.
- 8 fl oz per bottle: Each bottle contains 237 mL of pulling oil.
- Starter-kit accessories: A stainless-steel tongue scraper accompanies the rinse, with a Butter on Gums toothbrush included in the 1 Pack.
A refreshing way to build an extra step into your morning routine
- Fresh-breath support: The peppermint formula helps leave your mouth feeling refreshed before you brush.
- An approachable introduction: Begin with a short swish and build up gradually as you become comfortable with oil pulling.
- A dedicated tongue-cleaning tool: The included scraper gives you a separate tool for tongue cleaning as part of your oral-care routine.
- A convenient starting point: Choose the 1 Pack for rinse, toothbrush and scraper together, or the 2 Pack for an additional bottle of the same formula.
