GuruNanda Kids Giraffe Dental Floss Picks, Mixed Berries, 90 Count

Brushing cleans tooth surfaces, but the spaces between teeth need attention too. A floss pick holds a short strand between two arms so you can guide it into those spaces without measuring out string or wrapping it around your fingers. Used gently, it helps remove trapped food and plaque between teeth.

For children who are still learning, the adult does more than watch: help position the pick and guide the cleaning motion as needed. Being able to hold the handle does not mean a child can thoroughly floss independently. These picks give you a simple tool for demonstrating the technique, then helping your child practise with your support.

A thoughtful handle design, from grip to reach

• Extra-long handle: Gives you more room to hold and steer the pick when helping your child reach between teeth.
• Anti-slip grip: The textured handle provides a defined holding area for little fingers and for the adult guiding them.
• Flexible handle and rounded edges: Designed for a comfortable hold while you work gently around the mouth.
• Shred-resistant floss: Helps the strand stay together during cleaning. Use a light touch rather than forcing it through a tight space.
• Mixed Berries flavor: Adds a fruity taste to the routine, paired with a cheerful giraffe shape.
• 37% biobased handle material: A specific material feature of the handle, supported by the pack's USDA Certified Biobased Product labeling.
• Resealable 90-count pouch: Keeps unused picks together and makes the pack easy to take along.

Less setup, more time to practise together

• Clean the in-between spaces: Help your child remove food and plaque where neighboring teeth meet.
• Skip threading and winding: Each pick is already assembled, making it straightforward to get started.
• Make technique easier to demonstrate: The extended grip gives you a handle to guide while showing a gentle, controlled motion.
• Give the routine a familiar cue: A recognizable giraffe and berry flavor can make floss time feel more approachable.
• Keep the habit going away from home: Pack the resealable pouch alongside your child's toothbrush for trips and overnight stays.

Try choosing a regular moment in the day to practise together. Go slowly, praise the effort and let your child become familiar with each step while you handle the parts they cannot yet manage.
